PCT introduces PCT-MD1FO Series MDU optical node, specifically designed for the requirements of the growing MDU market. With housing designed for wall mounting, each unit is easily installed into apartment buildings. High output levels, high performance, and low power consumption combine to provide longer system reach and reduce network operational costs. The PCT-MD1FO achieves excellent distortion performance with advanced GaAs-MESFET technology and 862 MHz forward bandwidth, while optically isolated FP return path lasers are also designed into the PCT-MD1FO. An exciting combination that meets the increased demands of interactive broadband networks.
