PCT introduces a new product, PCT-MD1S-R MDU amplifier specifically designed for the requirements of the growing MDU market. With housing designed for wall mounting, each unit is easily installed into multiple dwelling units (MDUs), such as apartment buildings. High output levels, high performance, and low power consumption combine to provide longer system reach and reduce network operational costs. The PCT-MD1S-R achieves excellent distortion performance with advanced GaAs-FET technologyand 1002 MHz forward bandwidth.

VC Passive Bypass Amplifier - Uninterrupted

The PCT-VC series drop amplifiers are designed to support critical applications such as telephony that require high reliability networks to provide uninterrupted service at all times. A 2-way splitter is incorporated on the RF input prior to the diplex filter into each PCT-VC amplifier. This provides an additional port on the housing for the cable modem or eMTA connection that bypasses the amplifier circuit. As a result, the critical applications are not affected by power outages or amplifier failures.

The PCT-VC drop amplifiers include all the features of PCT’s highly successful drop amplifier product line, including excellent noise and distortions performance, and high reliability. Designed with all ports on the same side to simplify installation into NID boxes on customer homes.
